The Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, January through November, at Rio Las Palmas Retirement Community, 877 E March Lane, in the 2nd floor Theatre Room. Meetings are also held virtually via ZOOM and by phone. General meetings usually begin at 5:30 pm but, if the agenda is extensive, they may begin at 5:00 pm. Information, including agendas, date or time changes and additional meetings, is posted at the pool and online. All owners are welcome at the general meeting. The executive meeting is held after the general meeting and is by invitation only.
