Sherwood Manor Homes Association (SMHA) Pool is a private, community pool for Sherwood Manor homeowners and residents. It is located in Sherwood Park at 100 West Robinhood Drive between Sherwood Way and Claremont Avenue. The pool opens each year on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day.

Lifeguards Wanted: We are actively recruiting lifeguards for the 2026 season. SMHA recognizes the value of our swim staff and believes they should be fairly compensated for keeping our patrons safe. We offer competitive hourly wages, holiday pay, and a hiring bonus. Pool Use Requirements: Annual registration is required prior to swimming. The registration and medical emergency forms can be downloaded from the bottom of this page. Use of the pool is free for all residents in Sherwood Manor; however, payment of annual assessments by owners must be current. Annual assessments must be made through Snow Properties. They cannot be paid at the pool. All pool patrons, including guests, must follow the pool rules. The SMHA pool rules can be downloaded through a link at the bottom of this page.
Pool Hours: For 2026, SMHA regular swim hours are 1:30 pm to 7:45 pm. May 26th through May 29th, all Wednesdays, and all weekdays beginning July 30, swim hours will be 4 pm to 7:45 pm. Early closure on weekdays beginning July 30 aligns with local school calendars. The pool is closed during Sherwood Sharks swim team home meets and closes early for the Sharks’ end of season banquet. Seasonal Memberships: Seasonal non-resident guest memberships are available for purchase by those who live outside of Sherwood Manor. Each guest membership includes pool access for up to five household members. For households greater than five, $15.00 will be charged for each additional household member. In 2026, the cost for the season is $300. Mid-season memberships can be purchased for $150 and provide access from July 13th through the remainder of the season which ends on September 7th. Special Events: Special events can be hosted at the pool by all Sherwood Manor HOA residents who meet the pool use requirements and those with seasonal guest membership. Events are held during regular pool hours. Detailed information is included in the special events application which can be downloaded from the link below.

All pool forms can be downloaded and printed from the links below. Forms are also available at the pool and from Snow Properties. As appropriate, forms can be submitted at the pool to one of our lifeguards or pool monitors or to pool management.
