In 2026, the Sherwood Manor Neighborhood Yard Sale is April 18th and 19th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Homeowners throughout the association will be participating, Look under the “About SMHA” tab for a map of our community.

National Night Out is celebrated annually on the first Tuesday in August in over 16,000 communities in all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities, and military bases around the world. It is an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other and connect with local law enforcement, fire fighters and city officials through neighborhood block parties and community events.
We will not be hosting an event at the pool this year, but we will share information about local events here, on this website. If you hear of an event or decide to host one, please email us at sherwoodmanorhoapool@gmail.com or contact Snow Properties, and we will include the information here. You can download the National Night Out registration form below. Check this website for more information as the event gets closer.
Holiday Decorating Contest
Since 2003, Sherwood residents have participated in an annual holiday decorating contest. Each year a team of volunteers travels through Sherwood and chooses 8 contest winners, 4 homes on the east side of El Dorado Street and 4 on the west side. Participating households bring added joy to the season!
