Low water landscaping, also known as xeriscaping, is a landscaping technique that focuses on creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces using minimal water resources. Such landscaping customarily includes water-conserving plants, gravel, bark, stone, rock, artificial turf, etc. As with traditional landscaping, xeriscape landscaping must be maintained and free of weeds, clutter, plant debris, etc. and be provided sufficient water to maintain healthy plant growth.
