Sherwood Manor Homes Association (SMHA) Pool is a private, community pool for Sherwood Manor homeowners and residents. It is located in Sherwood Park at 100 West Robinhood Drive between Sherwood Way and Claremont Avenue. The pool opens each year on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day. Use of the pool is included with payment of HOA dues for Sherwood Manor homeowners and residents; however, annual registration is required. Seasonal non-resident guest memberships are available for purchase by those who live outside of Sherwood Manor. See you at the pool!
Lifeguards Wanted

2025 pool staff pay range is from $16-$20 per hour, plus a hiring bonus.
Pool Hours
In 2025, SMHA pool hours are 1:30 pm to 7:45 pm daily. The pool is closed during Sherwood Sharks swim team home meets and closes early for the Sharks’ end of season banquet. See the Sharks’ calendar below for event and pool closure dates.
Pool Membership Costs
For the 2025 swim season, seasonal non-resident guest pool memberships can be purchased by those living outside of Sherwood Manor for $280.00 per household for full season access. Each seasonal guest membership includes up to five household members. For households greater than five, $15.00 will be charged each additional household member.
Mid-Season Pool Membership Update
Effective 7/19/25, seasonal guest pool memberships will be reduced in cost by 50% to $140.00 per household, up to five household members. This will allow half season access for the remainder of the pool season, through Labor Day. For households greater than five, $15.00 will be charged each additional household member.
Special Events
Special events can be hosted at the pool by Sherwood Manor homeowners or residents and by those who purchase a seasonal guest membership. Detailed information is included in the special events application.

Sherwood Sharks Swim Team
The Sherwood Sharks is our community’s swim team. To find more information about the Sharks, visit sherwoodmanorsharks.swimtopia.com or contact the team manager at sharkinaround@comcast.net. Swimmers do not have to live in Sherwood Manor to join the team. The team calendar is available below to download.
